Caravans are beautiful, most have central heating and WiFi available. When park is fully open for season there is loads to do for children. Arcades are brilliant, entertainment throughout the day and night. This is our second home. Loads of new additions this year too including Leo's land train train station.

The place was okay, the size of the rooms was decent etc. The fridge stank, and so did the sofa. The heating was horrid and didn't really work, we had to wait a long time for it to be decently warm. There was no basic supplies like salt, pepper etc. Our particular place requested us to take the bedding off for it to be washed and taking the bins out or we would incur a fee that wasn't communicated to us earlier. And as mentioned later, the gas turned off and noone responded to our email/calls regarding it. Overall, very bad experience.

I love this place. The beech is a walk across the road gud If u have dogs, night-time entertainment is good with or without children as there is also an Irish bar for over 18's with pool tables upstairs and discount with owners pass, would recommend as a family or a couple as great atmosphere for both with arcades, gym, pool, mini golf for the family outside seating area for a drink and they do a stage most of the seasons with popular people, and the best I've seen yet bonfire night display is fantastic kids and adults with luv the entertainment and the atmosphere is mega , with the stage and singers we no ,don't miss guys

Beds were awful and lumpy, the caravan had seen better days, the toilet was leaking and lights weren't working, this was reported twice during our stay and no one came to fix them. Staff were either rushed off their feet or just seemed to be bored and didn't want to be there. The code for the barrier changed during our stay and we weren't informed so we were locked out of the park briefly after a day out. The swimming pool changing rooms are too small, no family changing available and it's a stampede as you only have a 1 hour slot, the children's pool was also freezing cold and unusable. There are no footpaths anywhere so we had to walk on the road with young children. There is no information on how to book most of the activities and many of them were cancelled during our stay due to staff sickness. Very poor experience and will not be staying again.

We came to stay here for a week on our holidays for the first time. After exploring the park, we found they had a very nice pool, as well as an outdoor area with an ice cream food outlet and canopy area. Our caravan was nice and clean inside, but the plates and cooking dishes were dirty and all had to be washed up again prior to use. Our bed had not been made up and we were not given any linen, but this was rectified in 30 mins. There was lots of rubbish and litter under caravan which unfortunately included a USED tampon and other hygiene products. The caravan next door had an external light that came on every hour and shined into our bedroom which woke us up a lot. The external of our caravan was absolutely caked in bird poo, which included the windows and main door, so we had to be cautious where we touched. The park has lots of facilities including golf, good quality arcades and a beach nearby. The show bar is very dated and more like a large dining hall. We discovered the bingo game prize based on how many play, so prizes can be very low, yet it was £12 pp to play. The pool and spa were great, and having use of a sauna and steam room were a greatly welcomed surprise. Overall, we had a good holiday but there were definitely some areas we like to see improved if we came again.

Firstly the reception staff are great, couldn't speak highly enough of them. We arrived a little early and was able to get on to our caravan 2 hrs early. When getting to our van, we noticed a quilt outside the van that looked like it was stained in faeces which didn't give the best first impression. When entering the van, it smelt of dirty water. The cooker looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the carpet was stained. We noticed there was things missing like frying pan, utensils etc. After calling reception got items replaced. As the week went on we noticed the TV didn't work, it didn't matter as we didn't watch it any way. Next the facilities on site, toilets in the bar absolutely stunk, and very dirty, the toilets in the club just as bad. The way the club opens at 6pm was just dangerous, opening 2 entrances at once was like a stampede! The security are just useless and aloud it too happen. On Halloween my child fell over due to the volume of people running for a table. It should be addressed before someone gets really hurt!

Arrived for our family brk of 4 nights.in English half term. Couldn't book in till 4,and was told could use all facilities but nothing was open.just swimming but had to be booked.first impressions of the reception staff were very rude, and no help.we decided to get ready for a night out down the club venue but it was all closed, and had to use the tiny pub for all entertainment as the main pub and venu were closed. There was quit a few on holiday on this site as well.we had passes paid for but no use as its mostly closed.if was told its mostly closed we could have booked elsewhere.with entertainmen.if you book a 6 birth remember you'll need book an 8 birth as a 6 won't accommodate 6 comfortable it was tiny and couldn't realy move around.they are old caravans, maybe the new ones would accommodate.this was our computer screen tv 15 inch for the week.
